This book gives an insight into the smoking history of an individual thereby creating a map of a person’s association with the cigarette. A similar approach if tried by anyone addicted to cigarettes will yield positive results and help a person quit the cigarette once and for all. The goal here is not to use fear as a motivator but rather an understanding and awareness about the effects of nicotine and cigarette smoke on our bodies and mind. If we understand why and how we must do something then we will do it better.
